Absolutely! The Color Changing Foundation works seamlessly with your existing skincare routine. We actually recommend starting with moisturized skin and applying your favorite primer or hydrating cream before application — this creates an even base and helps the foundation glide on even more smoothly. You can also layer concealer and translucent powder on top to customize your coverage and finish.

It's fully customizable! One pump gives you a natural "your skin but better" medium coverage that evens tone and softens imperfections. If you need more coverage in specific areas, simply layer a second application and blend seamlessly — you get full coverage that still looks like skin, never cakey or heavy.

You may return products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A 15% restocking fee applies; requests to waive the fee are evaluated case by case, including certain defective, damaged, or incorrect items. See our refund policy for the full conditions.

To initiate a return, email our customer service team at hey@smooche.com with your order number, a detailed reason for the return, and any supporting images if applicable. Returns must meet the 14-day return period and the conditions in our refund policy. Our team will provide return instructions. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund promptly. You can choose a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We're so sorry to hear that! If your order arrived damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, please email us at hey@smooche.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will cover the return shipping costs in these cases and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Yes! Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for products of equal value. If the exchange item is a different value, the customer is responsible for the price difference. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges. See our refund policy for the full conditions.

Yes! Our Color Changing Foundation is formulated with sensitive skin in mind. It is dermatologist-tested, non-comedogenic (won't clog pores), and free from common irritants including parabens, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances. As with any new beauty product, we recommend doing a patch test before full application if you have particularly sensitive skin.
