Why isn't any liquid coming out of my lip piumper?

This is a great product. Didn't really notice any difference using the normal intensity gloss as far as plumpness but it does feel nice and has a lovely shine. The raspberry has a lovely red tint that's quite natural looking. You can definitely feel the burn with the high intensity gloss but it is not unbearable.
